At Caps Unlimited, we're committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping experience for our customers throughout the United States.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $5.00 for orders below $50.00.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
5. Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days, including processing and shipping time.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
8. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and service availability.
9. Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we'll keep you informed and provide updates whenever possible.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Caps Unlimited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
